Design Paradise – Coffee Packaging Pincers
The design solution converts a spoon-like form into a fastening to keep the Lavazza coffee packaging closed. Usually, after opening, the contents of the packet are emptied into a tin and the packaging is thrown away. Therefore the objective is to add value to the Lavazza wrapping in which the coffee is sold.
Project assumptions
Design Paradise - Moka whistle
The design developed in this project is a whistle that safeguards the integrity of the cafetière. Each year one or two cafetières burn out. This piece minimizes that risk. It is therefore a design innovation that has an immediate use. It is an ironic reinterpretation of the whistle that is used in kettles and is of course of particular use in the work environment.
